This character Joshua will also be in the band. He will be the drummer of the band. We choose him because he knows how to play the drums and he also dresses within the Indie subculture. So choosing Joshua to play the drums in our music video will make out video look more realistic as he will actually be playing the drums. Joshua also grows his hair so his image will fit within the Indie subculture. The audience will know from the way he dresses and looks that this band is from the Indie subculture.
This character Zee will be the guitarist in the performance of the music video. We choose him to play this part because he was willing to be this character and it was difficult to find someone else that wanted to do this. He will be able to fit within the Indie subculture because he owns chinos and vans. Although he can’t play the guitar, we can guide him to make it look realistic.
Due to some complications during the video shoot, we had to change the characters and the story of the music video. Our video is now a narrative based music video with the same story as our previous video.
This character Nash will be the boy in the music video that will fall in love with the girl. We choose this character because he dresses within the Indie subculture so it would be easy for us to find a costume for him. Aslo Nash studies Drama at school so he would be excellent with his acting skills.
Lastly I choose to be the girl in the music video that also likes the character of Nash. We thought I would be a good character because I would be reliable and willing. I also own clothes that would fit into the Indie subculture such as miniskirts and boots. This will be useful as the audience will be able to recognise that this music video fits in the Indie genre.

Your initial casting adhered well to the genre and you had considered appearance as well as mentioning costume. The complications you faced and the changes you had to make are explained, which show that you have ried to follow the conventions but looked at the reliability and experience of your new actors. In your evaluation consider the success of the changes you made.
