Also you make a comparison to smoke effects being used with the notion of smoking as an activity, is the band smoking? If not could the use of this special effect convey another meaning? In the second video analysis you discuss the use of hand held camera technique as being unprofessional yet this is done intentionally - why would the artist choose to use this technique? Consider what sort of relationship it builds between the artist and the audience.
